I’m just a girl with a vice.
What can I say, when I see a new addition to the bookstore shelf with it’s perfect binding, delicious pictures and shiny bright cover, I just can’t resist.
Now don’t get me wrong, in comparison to some people I know, my collection is small, but there are new cookbooks coming out all the time and I can only go so long before I give into temptation and purchase a new one.
I figure the only way to justify these purchases is to actually make some of these delicious recipes and use this blog as a personal food diary of sorts, a collection of tested recipes, food related tips and tricks with some personal rants thrown in the mix.

My home is shared with my awesomesauce of a husband P and our giant fuzzball Apollo. I spend most of my free time cooking, blogging, reading, snuggling with Apollo and my true passion, baking!
