I’m pretty busy tonight so I don’t have enough time to do up the post I was planning today. I didn’t want to miss a day, so instead you get a picture of a cake I made for a birthday. It was a gluten-free pumpkin cake with spiced brown sugar buttercream and one of the first cakes I’ve successfully baked gluten-free! I’m still pretty crappy with gluten-free baking but hopefully with a little more practice I’ll get better.
I still need to work on my piping skills. You’d think by now I’d have a steady enough hand but nada. Either way I think it turned out pretty good. Anywho, I’m off to frost cookies…until tomorrow.
